Denghairong got the winner. Gaogangzhao of CS team was the second, and Zhengzecheng of HK was the third.
The race was holded in Tunchang of Hainan. The amateur race was one part of the 1st stage. Hainan was very hot when the other cities were still cold. When the race started some riders had a high speed. Liumin of CS team broke through first and leaded. Gaogangzhao of CS team had some small accidents in the last tine. At the end Denghairong finished the 24KM race first. His time was 30 seconds less than Gaogangzhao.
