This stage was the last climbing stage, from Qilian to Qingshizui, 150.4KM. The climbing points were in the 24.5KM and the 94.6KM. After 3 hours 21 minutes 51 seconds Boris Shpilevskiy(Russian National Team) became the winner again, he still kept the green jersey. Mehdi Sohrabi(Tabriz Petrochemical) was the second, and Valentin Iglinskiy (Kazakhstan National Team) was the third.
Because the last stage is circuit race, there was no climbing point, Ghader Mizbani (Tabriz Petrochemical) made sure of his win in the King of the Mountains competition.
